Housed in a building that first served as a church and then a clothing manufacturing company, flea market, and auction house over the years, Bedford Street Antiques has quite an interesting history. By far, it was the most luxurious of three cinema "palaces" within a block that was air-conditioned for the first time in Carlisle's history.
