Bathroom really small and for some reason the counter level of the sink is very low. Also I've never seen a hotel with a joining rooms that you could look under the door. Not a fancy place but has a lot of facilities and amenities for corporate and family use. The hotel stay was excellent. Friendly and courteous staff make a stay enjoyable. The adults partied loudly in the room next to ours. After getting off the Go Niagara Express train, its only a 4 km bike ride to this hotel. My son and I met our family in the restaurant, for breakfast, and we all enjoyed it. The yogurt and dairy products are in the counter fridge at the far end of the counter. (It's fine.) We continue to invest in our internet capacity. Niagara is 4 hours from Pittsburgh and St. Catharines was only 20-30 min. Hope to see you soon again. We hope you visit again in the near future. We will look into this and see if we can locate your shoes. Upon arrival, we found our room a bit dated - but clean and functional. Thank you. The attendant was so helpful and so diligent in keeping the counters clean. Our staff follow strict policies and procedures and any consumption of alcohol on shift is strictly prohibited. It's only just a room. Staff were friendly. The room was dirty, floor was damp and found Bed Bugs. It does appear to be a popular place for sports teams to be so if you want quiet ask for the Executive wing if possible. CONS: Rooms a little cold, needed another blanket, but not in room, Heat/Air was noisy kept me awake. We enjoyed the hotel very much unfortunate that we could not stay longer was down for visit with our daughter who is in school in the area. The Best Western is adjacent to the highway so no views but fairly quiet. This hotel is clearly set up for families with the two pools and mini-golf incorporated into the layout. Costco right next door so that is convenient. The rooms are OK, but some paint pealing in the bathroom. We did a thorough investigation of the incident you expressed but our manager on duty found no traces of needles on the property nor any alcohol consumed by any staff. Great location too. We do apologize that you had to experience this. I will pass this information on to our proper department and sit down with them and try to come up with a better system for Breakfast. We all loved the in and out door pool as well the very well equipped and big gym. Our guests love our breakfast and amenities such as our indoor pool and seasonal outdoor courtyard pool. Free breakfast was good. Cocktail lounge, Wrigley's Sports Bar and Lounge opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner with daily specials for the whole family to enjoy. The same for some groomsmen, so they got dress at the bridesmaid room, and checked in instead after the party otherwise they will miss the photo shoot with the bride/groom.
